Company hold a training today, it is a 8 Hours class.
Base on the training principle, company looks like to bring us into a new model organization. It is hard to say "It will works". However if we stand on many different opinion of view, it does look like to bring more resources & audit function before we make final decision.
My personal believe knowledge is the power to achieve most goal, but i also afraid of it will takes more time on coordination & hard to get approval from different funtional group.
Maybe change is good - it does better than do nothing and wait...
Hope new policy will bring us into a new business modle..
